How to: Go to Bed Feeling Like a Million Bucks

It's Friday night after a long hectic week and you finally have some time for yourself. What's better than taking care of your body & soul, then going to bed feeling like a queen?

Step 1: Time for some music!

MUSIC IS LIFE. First things first, sashay along to your favorite playlist.

Step 2: A warm bath

Pour some epsom salt and a few drops of lavender essential oil into your bath for a deep relaxing mind, body and soul treatment. Epsom salt and lavender oil is also really great if you have sore muscles from that workout session earlier on.

Step 3: Exfoliate!

Polish the skin and get rid of those dead skin cells, we don't need them! Exfoliating also encourages the growth of new skin cells, so don't ever skip this super important step. We love to choose our body polishes according to how we are feeling that day.

Step 4: Moisturize!

After exfoliating, you need some body lotion to lock in all the moisture that the skin needs. It acts like a leave-in conditioner and makes your skin healthy and glowing the next morning.

Step 5: Light those candles

With your favorite playlist in the background, you really need some scented candles to set the mood. A whiff of a beautiful scent is sure to make you feel like you are in wonderland.

Step 6: Make your bed and pillows smell good

Spraying some linen mist all over your pillow will definitely make you sleep well all through the night.

This routine is definitely incomplete without a face mask. We want perfect skin for that Saturday day out right? Remember to always use a toner before putting on a facial mask. It helps to cleanse the skin and aids in the skin's ability to absorb the goodness of your skincare products.

Step 8: Make some camomile tea

Camomile tea is our favorite beverage before bed. Not only packed full of antioxidants, it also aids in improving our sleep quality, helps a lot with relaxation and tastes really good as well.

Step 10: Skincare
