Discussing about our own mental health is still a stigma in our society even in this modern day and age. But come on, let's all be open about it. Be it a bad day or a bad week or things that cause you unnecessary bouts of anxiety. I want you to know that it is fine, it is okay and you can be honest about your feelings.
